One push, it will fry and then lift the basket at predetermined time at your deep fryer. It has 6 memories to store 6 predetermined time at an accuracy of 1 second. The maximum predetermined time duration is 10 minutes and the minimum is 1 second. Every memory can be changed at will at any time. It is a stand-alone lifter with a dimension of 32x15x2.5 inch and can be fitted to your deep fryer just in a few minutes.
